Fix Details
Fixed the CI failure by removing the trailing comma after 'pullRequestId: 42' in src/clickhouseClient.test.ts. The PR added a comment that caused a Prettier formatting violation due to the trailing comma before it. Also updated .prettierignore to exclude CI context files. All validation steps pass: format check, linting, tests (20/20 passing), and build.
