Fix Details
Fixed the CI failure in src/clickhouseClient.test.ts. The issue was that the pullRequestId property was commented out in the test, but it's a required field in the CreatePullRequestToInferenceRequest interface. I restored the pullRequestId: 42 property and also updated the second test to include the query_params field in the expected call, which matches the actual implementation. All format checks, linter, and tests now pass successfully.
