Add Artificial Algae Algorithm (AAA)

Summary

• Add OriginalAAA optimizer implementation for the Artificial Algae Algorithm
• Include paper citation, parameter descriptions, and usage example in docstring
• Implementation based on the original authors’ code (adapted to Mealpy style)
• Benchmarked on CEC2005 (per paper settings); results are nearly the same as reported values in the paper

Testing

• CEC2005 benchmarks (10/30/50D, 30 runs, FE-based stopping)
