reduce size of camera_flash.png, adjust button and bar display style.

Current plugin does not work with cordova-android 7+
this fixes those issues
Also, cordova has issues if the repo name does not match the plugin id, that is why I changed my repo name to
cordova-plugin-cszbar, FYI
