Cargo for shell — Nix-native, git-as-registry, Rust + Tatara-Lisp shell-package manager. Resolves `(defshellpkg …)` manifests from git, emits typed `(deflockedpkg …)` lockfiles, materializes package trees for `frost-lisp::defload` to consume. Pairs with frost + frostmourne.
