Description
Bug: Relative dependencies in --project-hcl-files not working
When using --project-hcl-files the extra_atlantis_dependencies block is parsed in the specified hcl files throughout the terragrunt repository. If relative dependencies are used, terragrunt-atlantis-config exits with an error (e.g. "Error: Rel: can't make ./relativedependency/*.json relative to /path/to/folder/with/project/hcl").
