This is a huge update for Bolt, introducing some of the most requested features to make your flashing experience safer and more transparent. We've laid the groundwork for powerful new capabilities while improving the core flashing logic.

✨ What's New

• Introducing Backup & Restore! 🛡️
  You can now create full, direct backups of your critical partitions before flashing. This is the ultimate safety net. The restore feature is also available, allowing you to revert to a previous state if needed.

  • Available Partitions: We automatically detect the most relevant partitions for backup on your device, including:
    • boot
    • dtbo
    • vbmeta
    • vendor_boot
    • recovery
  • The feature is A/B-aware and will intelligently back up the active slot.

• New Action Logger 📝
  Ever wonder what's happening behind the scenes? We've added a new logger that shows you every step of the process, from checking for root to executing commands. This provides full transparency and makes it much easier to debug any issues.

• Smart Zip Validation ✅
  No more failed flashes due to bad zip files! Bolt now validates your selected file before flashing to ensure it's a compatible AnyKernel3 zip. If the zip is invalid, the app will stop and show an error, saving you from potential headaches.

⚠️ Important Warning: Restore Functionality

The new Restore feature is powerful, but it's still in its early stages and requires more widespread testing across different devices and Android versions.

For maximum safety, we highly recommend that you copy your backups from your device to a secondary location (like a PC, laptop, or OTG drive) before you attempt to use the restore function in the app. Think of the app's restore feature as a convenience, but always have a "cold storage" backup that you can restore through traditional means (like fastboot) if necessary.
