Introduces a CI workflow to automate building the luci-app-wechatpush OpenWrt package using the official SDK. The workflow supports multiple targets, caches SDK downloads, compiles the package, and uploads resulting .ipk files as artifacts. It also publishes releases when tags are pushed.
