i would say it should be feasible to only keep build system support and have build and smoke test validation
As example - oneDNN only supports static through opensource build

RFC about discontinuing the static-link version of oneDAL.
This is mutually exclusive (and broader) than previous RFC here: #3253
Hoping to get comments from other UXL members (@rakshithgb-fujitsu @keeranroth )
