jsvatpackage is not actively supported anymore. But it has a maintained fork with multiple updates, including GB/XI support (linked issue: #51): https://www.npmjs.com/package/jsvat-next.jsvatwithjsvat-next.jsvat-nextalso for GB VAT number format validation.
