New TMA for DTKA, DTTA, DTNH, DTTX & DTTJ

Added new TMA for Tbarka Approach (DTKA_APP), Carthage Radar (DTTA_APP), Enfidha Approach (DTNH_APP), Sfax Approach (DTTX_APP) & Djerba Approach (DTTJ_APP)

Motivation and Context

Shows more accurate layouts of our TMA in DTKA, DTTA, DTNH, DTTX & DTTJ.
Avoids pilots calling pilots earlier than they should do.
Avoid pilots thinking that the Center controller forgot to handoff the traffic.

At the moment your files do not have an extension, please ensure your files are named/formed correctly. Additionally, your folders have an element of whitespace at the end of the string.

Once these are corrected, I can merge your PR.
