Description of changes
Adds ENSV offshore sector.
Also removed excessive coordinates on ENSV/EGPX + ENSV/BIRD border + alligned misalligned coordinates.
Reason and motivation
The offshore area covers offshore airspaces which lays outside of the normal ENOR FIR - this allows the proper display to be visible.
