Description of changes
Border correction and Parent FIR corrections across VATPAC areas.
Fixes YBBB/AYPM boundary near the Torres Strait/Coral Reef
Corrects the parent FIR for airports across Australia following sector realignments earlier this year.
Updates Airfield names and corrects capitalisation, spelling.
Removes some duplicate airports, adds some missing.
Reason and motivation
To better represent border of airspace, particularly around the Torres Strait (AYPM/YBBB border)
