Updated FAJO + FYWH (renamed to FYWF) to match IRL standing agreement of airspace delegation as published in the AIPs and to represent actual AoR. Renamed any instances of FYWH to FYWF "Radar" added for Windhoek to show Windhoek Radar on vatSpy.
