Adds EGTT-H Defintion

Reason and motivation

LON_H_CTR will become an available position from 2601

Okay but it replicates other sector exactly, doesn't it? Why is this needed?

No, SC is a bandbox of H, D, M, E.
C is a bandbox of M & E
S is a bandbox of H & D.
