NOTE: Documentation Not Yet Written. DO NOT MERGE YET.

Language changes:

  • User-created structs can be iterated over with for (:) notation if they define operator init.
  • Brackets operators for user-defined structs.
  • Builtin hashing for ints, strings, reals, and int[]s.

Additionally, this PR adds a library of collections that use these new features.
