after banker interface is implemented to work with both master and slave banker cache we need to hook up this banker interface to http_bidder_test.cpp and run complete bidding cycle for a 100% match campaign and verify that funds in the banker get decreased. This is only possible if we also add mock-exchange to the stack capable sending win notifications to our notification service .
