Gradle task name issue reproducer

Current behavior

When running ./gradlew tasks --all -Dorg.gradle.unsafe.isolated-projects=true in a multi-project build, task names include an unexpected leading colon (:) before the subproject name, e.g. :app:compileJava

Expected behavior

Enabling isolated projects should not change the way task names are displayed, the output of ./gradlew tasks --all -Dorg.gradle.unsafe.isolated-projects=true should match the format used when isolated projects are disabled (./gradlew tasks --all -Dorg.gradle.unsafe.isolated-projects=false), e.g. app:compileJava
