First draft at file encryption and decryption using PRF extension.
@virot Feel free to change cmdlet names.
Note: Protect/Unprotect currently require an existing FIDO2 credential (and RP). A possible follow-up is a enabling the Protect cmdlet to create a "mock" RP credential on-the-fly (created once) to simplify parameters and avoid tying encrypted files to "actual" RPs.
