Internationalization
Our intent is to have all labels (rdfs:label) and definitions (IAO_0000115) appear in multiple languages.
We use language tags on labels and definitions to indicate the language of the assertion. A label or definition may appear in any number of languages.
We are always looking for people who might be able to help with the work of internationalization.
Language names are provided in english for parts 1, 2 and 3. The Library of Congress provides language names for Part 1 and part 2 in french and german.
CEFR provides the definitions of the language capabilities in many languages. We have used their english, french, german, spanish, and italian translations.
(deepl.com)[http://deepl.com] is a free on-line tool for translating text. We have used it to create labels and definitions for the language capability groupings -- basic, independent, and proficient.
We use manual translation when available.
