Pull request overview
This PR adds documentation for the various deployment environments of the Davinci voting system. It creates a new README in the config directory that provides a reference table for different environments.
Changes:
- Added a new
config/README.mdfile documenting four deployment environments (main, dev, dev-celo, and research) with their respective URLs, networks, and server references.
