branching off existing worktrees

This PR adds a new documentation file that explains how to create branches from existing worktrees, improving our developer workflow documentation.

Changes Made

  • Created new documentation file BRANCH_OFF_EXISTING_WORKTREES.md in the docs directory
  • Added step-by-step instructions for working with Git worktrees
  • Included best practices and common use cases

Technical Notes

  • Documentation follows our existing documentation structure and style guide
  • Placed in the docs directory for consistency with other workflow guides
