Description

Bumps Wasp from ^0.22.0 to ^0.23.0 in both the template app and the demo app diff. Also updates associated dependencies: TypeScript to 5.9.3, @types/node to ^24, @tsconfig/node24, and adds the new @wasp.sh/lib-vite-ssr package introduced in Wasp 0.23. The Node.js engine requirement moves to >=24.14.1.
