Central script dispatcher `Build/Scripts/runTests.sh` has been modernized recently to `docker compose less` variant including latest findings, adopting required changes for extension based executions from `EXT:deepltranslate_core`. During this process some unneeded stuff has been removed but it has been missed to remove the `deepl mockserver environment variables`, passed to functional tests. Remove them now.
