Enhance CLI features, update dependencies, and improve documentation

• Added cli options:
  • --version - print the version and exit
  • --help - show the help screen and exit
  • --reporter - how the results are reported on the terminal
  • --verbose - This value is passed to the reporter and may be used differently depending on the reporter used
• Accept package.json paths from stdin (one per line)
• Updated dependencies
