- Correct name of report tables script for WCA region section -> SFWBR
- Add script to create tables and figures for recovery section of report
- The South Florida Wading Bird Report (SFWBR) recovery section is just a direct copy of the USACE annual report indicator section, but they also need all the tables and figures send as individual files.
