Morgan created a dataframe from wadingbird reports. Code cleanes out colony names.

[minor] Morgan created a dataframe from wadingbird reports. Code cleans out colony names.
Data frame is .cvs. left notes in code, probably needs to be worked on some more to be able to be fully compatible with the remaining repository. Change name of data file to WoodStork_dates_morgan_data.csv to keep separated.
