Tests are failing due to the missing translators (see #116) of the extended WET flavio sectors added in wcxf/wcxf-bases#10. |

After discussing with @IlariaBrivio, the translators should now agree with the definition of the Wilson coefficients in the SMEFTsim_general UFO model. In particular, multiplicity factors are now included (see wcxf/wcxf-bases#16) and Wilson coefficients of operators containing an odd number of field strength tensors change sign when translating between SMEFTsim_general and Warsaw or Warsaw up, accounting for different sign conventions in the covariant derivatives. |

This PR adds the translators between
SMEFTsim_general, and theWarsaw upandWarsawbasis. This allows RG evolution inSMEFTsim_general.I create this as a draft PR since some corrections will be needed due to different conventions in https://arxiv.org/abs/2012.11343 and https://arxiv.org/abs/1008.4884
