When a dataObserved is missing, method displayDate crashed. Two solutions incorporated, pick dateModified if available, and not include date information if missing.
It is not compared when dateModified is directly used (without invoking displayDate, but using moments.js directly. Not solved since intended behaviour might change, but avoiding an empty line if no such dateModified is still pending.
