version 7.6.0 of kafka avro-serializer and kafka-schema-registry-client

Updated versions of kafka-avro-serializer, kafka-schema-registry-client for EI 6.6, and MI 4.2 integration. kafka-schema-registry-client explicitely exports the schemaregistry.rules classes.

Purpose

Replace outdated kafka libraries.

Goals

Be up to date with kafka libs for MI 4.2

Approach

Just build the new jar files for OSGi registration, kafka-schema-registry-client additionally exports schemaregistry.rules classes.
