You can disable the subfolder for main language by setting MULTILANG.hide to TRUE.
Added option to hide subfolder for main language
Second parameter of Locale::getDisplayRegion() anf Locale::getDisplayLanguage() have to be the ISO2 language code of current language, not the full locale (like Spanish_Spain.utf8).

I added the possibility to disable the sub-folder for the primary language. To activate this option, set MULTILANG.hide to TRUE.
