This fixes the problem that if the host project is using Swift 3, Xcode won't be able to compile KYDrawerController because it tries also use Swift 3 to compile KYDrawerController.

Since Cocoapods 1.4.0, a pod can adopt new podspec
swift_version, so that whenpod install, the pod's target's build config will have the correct swift version settings instead of using the host app's setting.The podspec file needs to be pushed to Cocoapods repo again.
