Add Xquik X data skill

Summary

• Add a Community xquik-x-data skill for Xquik REST API and remote MCP workflows.
• Add DISPLAY.json metadata with X integration tags and the XQUIK_API_KEY secret declaration.
• Keep the skill focused on setup, source checks, routing, and approval gates.

Checks

• git diff --check

Notes

• bun validate exits successfully with existing warnings in External skills that are unrelated to this new Community skill.
• Public link checks passed for docs, OpenAPI, repository, and MCP manifest. The MCP endpoint returns 401 without auth as expected.
