Remove unnecessary attr() and text() function definitions from multiple translators

Many translators still defined their own attr and text functions, although those are (nowadays?) provided by the sandbox. Here we remove those duplicate declarations.

Thanks! Normally we'd want to bump lastUpdated, but since this shouldn't actually affect the translators' operation, should be fine to wait until we make other updates to each of them.
