EDIT: a brief introduction to this translator.
Duodecim publications or journals do not contain any proper metadata. This translator extracts all elements by verbose CSS selectors and my own algorithms parsing them.
Comment blocks in the translator should help with understanding my approach, although most Duodecim content is only in Finnish.
