Switch to open instead of focus on run

Before when one executed a query, the focus of the editor was lost when we switched to focus (and therefor open) the query results panel. So users would have to re-click the editor to keep typing

Uses this feature merged in April microsoft/vscode#247388 - should we be concerned about old versions of vscode not supporting it?
