ipfs/boxo. I think this is OK now, but will need to test.This also removes bitswap reproviding. Our setup was configured to reprovide all blobs every 12 hours. Since there are 2+ new blobs created per second, this started causing high memory and CPU issues later in the spork. Reproviding is also less useful on flow because nodes only care about the most recent data. We had disabled the DHT in most cases to avoid issues.
