Game Controls
The following instructions are based on DEFAULT setting.
All the key mappings are configurable.
Press ` (BackQuote) [CamToggle] to switch on/off First Person Camera.
- When FPS Camera is off, Free-Camera mode will be activated.
- When FPS Camera is on in any mode, it will switch off.
- Press
W[Forward] /A[Left] /S[Backward] /D[Right] keys to move horizontally. - Press
PgUp[Up] /PgDn[Down] to move vertically. - Hold down
CapsLock[SpeedUp] to speed up the movement.
- In Free-Camera mode, these controls change the position of the camera.
- In Follow and Walk-Through mode, these controls change the offset of the target view.
- In Free-Camera mode, press
E[AutoMoving] to toggle Auto moving, which moves the camera forward automatically. Hold downMouse Secondarybutton to pause the movement.
Use mouse move to rotate camera direction. (while the cursor is hidden)
Use scroll wheel to zoom in/out.
The action actually changes the FOV (field of view) of the camera.
Press BackSpace [CamReset] or click mouse middle button to reset the camera back to default setting.
Camera default setting:
- Position: set to the initial position with zero offset.
- Angle/Rotation: look horizontally to the front.
- Zooming: set to the initial field of view (which is configurable)
In Free-Camera mode, it only resets the zooming level.
- In Follow and Walk-Through mode, press
Backslash(\) to save the current camera setting (position offset & angle) as the default.
Each kind of vehicle or human has its own default camera setting.
Hold down Left Ctrl [CursorToggle] to toggle cursor visibility (show/hide the cursor).
- Users can rotate camera when cursor is hidden.
- Users can interact with UI when cursor is shown.
By DEFAULT, cursor is hidden.
- Click
Mouse Secondarybutton to switch following target.while in Walk-Through mode with the manual target switch option on.
- Click
Mouse Middlebutton to reset the camera back to default setting.
