During discussions, it is important to know the element that is discussed. In big diagrams, participants may, however, struggle finding the element in the diagram timely. Therefore, we integrated a so called focus transfer. The focus transfer allows notifying other diagram readers about the currently focused element. This works as long as the same diagram is opened. A transfer between different editor types is possible.

Prerequisites

  • All participants opened the same diagram
  • All participants opened the focus view
    • In the Cooperate perspective, the view is already located in the left bottom area
    • In other perspectives, you might have to open the view via Window - Show View - Other - Cooperate - Focus View
