This pull request adds full support for the Basque (Euskara) language by introducing the
Basque.isltranslation file. The translation includes:[LangOptions]section with appropriate identifiers (LanguageID=$042D,LanguageCodePage=1252)The translation has been created following the style and structure of the official
.islfiles, ensuring consistency with existing language packs.With this addition, users will be able to select Basque as their preferred installation language, improving accessibility and user experience for native speakers.
