To skip building octovis as a part of octomap-distribution build, explicitly set BUILD_OCTOVIS_SUBPROJECT=OFF.

These commits make it harder to accidentally leave out octovis (here a Travis build exited succesfully despite unsuccessful octovis configuration).
QGLViewer build logic was removed, which was previously brought up by ahornung in #270 (comment) and yurivict in #225.
Also includes pkg-config patch by lepalom.
