Python Basics

So you never learnt python? And you want to learn it alongised IJP? Then this is for you. Note that everything you learn in IJP basics can be transfered into python, just check the differences. We also assume you already know a programming language

Installation

First download python from python.org and put download it onto your computer. Then open a terminal and type python or python3 or py to run python, and enter the file name.

I would recommend you to use python3, since python2 is not supported by IJP. And also for a text editor, My own custom text editor called Text Editor XP. Its not perfect, but it works, or use Sublime text or micro if you are on linux or vim or emacs.
