Place a metadata.csv file each here: resources/<RK_Folder_Name>
Use this as an example template. It contains the metadata of the provided example data:
Rotenone
A;R250
B;ctrlctrl
C;R1000
D;ctrlDMSO
E;R2500
F;R500
G;R5000
H;R100
Basically, the input of this metadata file, represents the strings in the output data. Use it to label your wells and controls / compound concentrations. The first line should be the name of the compound used.
