HYCOM (HYbrid Coordinate Ocean Model) is a 3D hybrid isopycnal-sigma-pressure (generalized) coordinate ocean model with both global and regional applications.

A HYCOM-FABM coupler is developed and maintained by the Nansen Environmental and Remote Sensing Center. The source code is available on GitHub. For information, please contact Annette Samuelsen.
