DR: Users are unsure how to start over projects completely

Problem Statement

One of the issues that were raised during usability testing RP002 was that users were unsure how to start over projects completely.

Potential Solution

UXR team conducts a moderated usability test. This will allow the team to observe as participants complete a series of tasks and allow for questions at the end about the experience of navigating the tasks and gathering feedback they may have about using the site.

Feasibility Determination

Internal testing/Dogfooding is more compatible with UXR team capacity at this stage of development. Additionally, it will be beneficial to have a fresh user group to test that is naive to the terms and site they will be tested on to have more generalized results that unfamiliar parties to the site will be able to understand.
