Description

MaveRegistry (https://registry.varianteffect.org/) is a collaborative resource for sharing progress on Multiplexed Assays of Variant Effect (MAVE).

Status

The main framework is complete. However, some modules (e.g. nominating MAVE targets) might need to be reworked depending on feedback from the community (e.g. ClinGen said they have suggestions on how to best capture proposals on MAVE).

Next Steps

• Adjust functions based on feedback from the community
• Provide repository statistics to community members (e.g. traffic, # of projects registered)
• Maintain the service, e.g. Amazon Web Services, Github codebase, EmailOctopus, MongoDB Atlas
