По сообщениям из чата (Veronika, Serhii, Андрей, сентябрь 2026): после перехода по гайду члены семьи пропадают из NFZ, в ZUS числятся, в IKP страховки нет. ZUS в ответе Serhii подтвердил: при каждом переходе членов семьи надо выписывать и регистрировать заново. Это же написано на pacjent.gov.pl: «Członków rodziny musisz zgłaszać do ubezpieczenia za każdym razem…».
