So apparently my reorganizing the repository created conflicts for every single PR. I figured the PR system would be smart enough to handle files being moved around fine, but I guess not. I plan on manually merging this soon with some rebase shenanigans, so no need to worry about fixing this. I'll leave the PR open until it's taken care. |

Sorry for the slightly exaggerated title xD, but this really is a complete update of all partial & non-existent German translations.
While of course some mods I translated are no longs maintained / supported, I still wanted to translate all of them just for the sake of completeness.
I want to clarify that even though these are a lot of strings, they were not just auto-translated by Google Translate, DeepL or some kind of LLM. Every string was translated by DeepL and then hand-edited to fit, of course als accounting for context. This took several evenings.
I hope this will help some German users :)
