Azure Document Intelligence Integration

Azure Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer) allows Quickfire to extract structured data from PDFs and forms with high accuracy.

This is a key component of proposal and document automation.

What This Integration Does

Azure Document Intelligence can:

  • Identify fields and tables in documents
  • Extract structured values
  • Assist with proposal generation
  • Support form-based workflows

It works best with cleaner, digitally generated PDFs but can complement OCR-based extraction.

How It Shows Up in Quickfire

You’ll see its impact in:

  • Proposal workflows
  • Document parsing
  • Automated field population
  • Accounting and settlement extraction

Like LLM Whisperer, this runs mostly in the background.

Configuration Overview

Configured under Settings → Integrations → Documents.

You’ll provide:

  • Azure credentials
  • Resource identifiers
  • Optional model settings

Why It Matters

Manual data extraction is slow and error-prone. This integration turns documents into structured inputs instead of obstacles.
