Azure Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer) allows Quickfire to extract structured data from PDFs and forms with high accuracy.
This is a key component of proposal and document automation.
Azure Document Intelligence can:
- Identify fields and tables in documents
- Extract structured values
- Assist with proposal generation
- Support form-based workflows
It works best with cleaner, digitally generated PDFs but can complement OCR-based extraction.
You’ll see its impact in:
- Proposal workflows
- Document parsing
- Automated field population
- Accounting and settlement extraction
Like LLM Whisperer, this runs mostly in the background.
Configured under Settings → Integrations → Documents.
You’ll provide:
- Azure credentials
- Resource identifiers
- Optional model settings
Manual data extraction is slow and error-prone. This integration turns documents into structured inputs instead of obstacles.
