Back to growing resources of an MPI job.

Discuss the options chart again - rows are initiator/responder is columns. Clarify meaning of coercive, selfish, coop. See Options slide. Do these make sense though for the responder columnts? Change so columns are negotiates, ignores, complies. Dan describes idea of a sequence of steps for initiator. Note that with the table, an initiator can be a system component, or application and likewise for the responder.

Discussion of where to get resources from. We currently don't have methods for allowing a application(s) to specify where resources will come from.

Break out a new slide to describe negotiation and request (selfish or cooperative).

notifications - leverage MPI_T events?
